How to Apply and Register for the 2017 EMBER conference
2017 EMBER CONFERENCE APPLICATION AND REGISTRATION PROCESS
Please note that there is an application and a registration form that can be accessed from the corresponding tabs on the EMBER website. EMBER Conference Participants first apply by filling out the form found on the 2017 EMBER Conference Application page. The 2017 EMBER conference will be capped at approximately 50 participants. The application process will be available starting in January 2017. Registration for accepted applicants will be available starting in March 2017, and will close Monday May 1, 2017. Any wait-list applicants will be notified by Friday May 5th, 2017, and can register on a rolling basis starting on Monday May 8th, 2017.
Registration for the 2017 EMBER conference will be $27.37 and can be completed using the Registration tab. EMBER Conference Participants will have the option to stay in a designated section of a residence hall on the Harris-Stowe State University campus. For participants traveling more than 50 miles, the lodging costs will be covered using grant funds. Participants traveling less than 50 miles can still stay in the dormitories, but will need to make a special request when registering. We also have a number of travel stipends available to participants working 50 or more miles from St. Louis. To be considered for a travel stipend, applicants should mark the box at the end of the Professional Contact Information section of the 2017 EMBER Conference Application. Please note that the Application form is separate from the Registration form.
